The main purpose of physical assessments is to ascertain where you physical fitness is currently, we then compare this to the average of your age, gender and many different variables which can give us a increased accurate picture of how we can establish an adequate training/ conditioning and/ or nutrition regime/ program.
At Kineigration our Personal Fitness Coach conducts physical assessments that they find congruent and are, personally at their own discretion. Some of the physical assessments can include; body composition test, cardiovascular capacity, musculoskeletal test for strength and endurance, and flexibility test. Includes full fitness assessment.
